Recording notice.
Courts with DOOS record play, with sound from a microphone above the court, continuously so that the last 30 seconds can be saved when a player presses the button. Only pressed clips are kept; the rest is overwritten within two days.
Clips are stored for 90 days and shown on the court page to anyone with its code. If you appear in a clip and want it removed, open the clip and tap the removal link under it, or tell the club reception. We review every request within a day and delete the clip within 48 hours.
Anyone can react to a clip (ASH, GAMED, FASHEE5) without an account. To count one reaction per person, your browser keeps a random code in a cookie, and we keep a scrambled code of your network address for 60 days to spot fake votes. Neither is ever shown or shared, and neither tells us who you are. If you confirm on WhatsApp so your reactions count for prizes, we keep only a scrambled code of your number, so one person counts once; send STOP to the DOOS number to undo it. If you claim a prize with This is my game, we keep the number you wrote from until your prize reaches you (for a prize handed over in person, until we hand it over), only to check your game with the club and send it; send STOP and it is removed sooner. To tell people from bots, the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
